Robert has led POS deployments and conversions, enterprise systems integrations, technology operations, cybersecurity programs, and multi-location expansion initiatives. His background includes IT leadership at Urth Caffé, Heritage Restaurant Brands, Claim Jumper Restaurants, and Penguin Ed's Restaurants, plus senior POS project leadership at Advanced POS Systems. He works across technology vendors, restaurant operations, accounting, HR, and executive teams to turn complicated projects into actionable plans.
